Zan Associates provided assistance to Hennepin County to coordinate and code responses to comments for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Blue Line Extension (Bottineau LRT). Zan Associates also prepared the summary report for the public comment period and public hearings on the DEIS.
