Charleen Zimmer founded Zan Associates in 2001 as a solo endeavor and has grown the business to what it is today. She has over 35 years of transportation, environmental and land use planning experience, during which she has gained a reputation for effective communication with the general public, the business community and public agencies. She is also well known for her ability to successfully build consensus on challenging and complex projects involving multiple agencies and stakeholders.
