This project focused on communications and marketing services for the MnPASS and Cayuga reconstruction projects on I-35E between Little Canada Road and I-94. The MnPASS Express Lane in this area marked the first time MnDOT had opened such a facility that was not a pre-existing carpool lane which required the consultant to market the advantages and disadvantages of the lane for carpooling and transit to potential users. Additionally, the construction work required a single point of contact for communicating important project information.
