THE PROJECT
OUR ROLE
Zan Associates led an inclusive stakeholder engagement program which included a range of activities specifically designed to target underrepresented populations. This included hosting several listening sessions and interviews with key user groups such as individuals with disabilities, seniors, veterans, service providers, low income residents, and communities of color. Zan also led a two-part stakeholder transportation summit, electronic questionnaires for both employers and transit users, and several pop-up events in the community.
