Dan has over 15 years of experience leading teams, managing complex projects, and developing and implementing public engagement plans that establish and manage decision-making expectations for a variety of infrastructure planning, design, and construction projects. He believes the community’s needs and aspirations should be reflected in project outcomes and that by clearly defining and communicating the community’s role in the decision-making process a project can reduce misunderstandings and minimize uncertainty.
