Plan

Zan Associates was part of a consultant team that developed four small area plans and updated the city's comprehensive plan. Zan Associates was responsible for facilitating stakeholder engagement to develop local consensus around plan recommendations. Zan was also responsible for the transportation planning elements of the comprehensive plan update. We designed and implemented several engagement activities that were focused on interactive activities and creative placemaking and were responsible for all community engagement activities including:

• Organizing, designing and implementing neighborhood and public meetings (logistics, handouts, display boards, announcements, meeting activities, meeting summaries, etc.)

• Organizing, designing and implementing community design workshops (logistics, handouts, display boards, announcements, meeting activities, meeting summaries, etc.)

• Organizing, designing and implementing pop-up events (logistics, handouts, displays, activities, summaries)

• Participating in project management team meetings and providing advice on community engagement activities
