Kara is a Community Engagement and Communications Associate with five years of experience working on creative communications and public engagement for water resources, transportation, and planning projects. Prior to joining Zan, Kara worked on marketing and communications materials at a consulting firm and interned at two different metro-area watershed districts where she communicated complex water resources information to stakeholders. Kara is passionate about blending her technical knowledge and creativity to develop content that is easy to understand and tailored to the needs of each community. She is committed to building communities that are representative of all who live there.
