Megan is an Engagement Manager at Zan Associates, providing engagement services for planning, design, and construction projects in public infrastructure and transportation. In addition, she bring two years of administrative and operational experience from state government, where she concentrated on increasing diversity in Gubernatorial appointments across the judiciary and boards and commissions appointments. She views community engagement through a social science and environmental lens, seeking to increase equity and access within the communities she works.
