Neighborhoods 2020 is an initiative led by the Minneapolis Neighborhood Community Relations Department to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and inclusivity of neighborhood organizations. Zan Associates' role on this project was to review materials previously prepared regarding Neighborhoods 2020 then meet with city staff and facilitate discussion about proposed recommendations and messages. Zan developed suggested messages and talking points along with concepts and ideas for disseminating the key massages. Additionally, Zan designed a brochure and infographic to explain the alternatives being considered and their benefits and impacts.
