About the position
Specific tasks associated with this role include:

Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office logistics, including supplies, equipment, mail, and light housekeeping.

Meeting & Event Support: Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including materials, A/V setup, and refreshments.

Accounting Assistance: Support invoice entry, expense reports, reconciliations, and client setup.

Vendor & Facilities Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for office vendors and service providers.

HR & Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new hires, maintain employee records, and support benefits administration.

Team Support: Provide general administrative support to staff, including printing, errands, and internal communications.

2+ years of administrative experience in a consulting or professional services environment (AEC industry experience a plus).

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred.

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (company vehicle available for off-site errands).
Salary
Salary range is $26.74 - $29.95 hourly
Position location
Minneapolis, MN (On-site 5 days/week; option for 1 remote day/week after 3 months)
