2014-2016
The Rush Line Corridor Pre-Project Development Study, led by Ramsey County Regional Railroad Authority (RCRRA), focused on identifying one mode and one alignment for adoption as the corridor’s Locally Preferred Alternative (LPA).
Zan Associates was responsible for all public outreach for the study. Public outreach activities included working with a large Task Force, a Policy Advisory Committee, and a Public Involvement Advisory Panel, which was charged with assistance in the planning and implementation of public outreach activities in the corridor. Outreach activities included:

Pop-up meetings at local events and locations

Mini-open houses at transit centers and park/ride lots.
